In Volvo's transformation journey, the significance of services is increasing even more, and as a key partner in this growth for the Volvo Group, we have the opportunity to make a significant impact. In this role, you will support by ensuring cost transparency of our service offerings portfolio, as well as through effective storytelling and communication to make this information easily understandable and actionable. Main activities and responsibilities: * Execute the yearly global SCS process together with SML regions and global functions * Stakeholder management including communication and handovers with SML regions/functions, GTO, GTP and BA * Be involved in our Service Cost initiative aiming to give cost transparency of our services * Work with and drive continuous improvements of SCS process together with different stakeholders * Project management for SCS model changes and/or business changes * Secure digital capabilities to execute the SCS process and explore data in an efficient way for information purposes * Work with ad-hoc analyzes connected to SCS * Collaborating with regional managers secure and enhance SCS knowledge in the organization Who are you? We would also like to see that you bring with you: * University degree in relevant field(s) * Minimum 5 years of work experience in related area(s) * Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 355, SAP, Oracle Essbase and BI tools is a merit * Strong knowledge of Financial Policies and Procedures, accounting, reporting structures and controlling processes with an eye for numbers * Strong analytical skills * Good ability to drive change embracing digital tools and motivate international teams and individuals to reach common targets * Good communicator with good influencing skills and strong ability to build and maintain networks over multiple processes * Knowledge and experience in project management What’s in it for you?
