What You'll Do

• Spearhead the creation and execution of groundbreaking last-mile logistics strategies to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate and manage strong supplier relationships, sourcing logistics services that enhance efficiency and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of local supply chains and logistics systems, ensuring a seamless experience from supplier to customer.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align logistics operations with our regional and global business goals.
• Set and manage budgets to meet financial targets while delivering high-quality, cost-efficient services.

What You Should Have

• A robust background in logistics or service industries, with several years of experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and driving last-mile delivery success.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading geographically diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, connecting logistics operations to broader business outcomes.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with exceptional communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
