DevOps Engineer - Java, GoLang, Scala, Kotlin, Cloud & Distributed Systems

BR Technologies AB is seeking skilled DevOps Engineers with expertise in Java, GoLang, Scala, Kotlin to join our team. You will play a key role in building and managing infrastructure, enabling continuous delivery and automation, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based systems. As part of a highly innovative environment, you will collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security of systems that span multiple locations and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated and continuous integration and deployment.
• Build and maintain scalable, cloud-based infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, and CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes on Azure Cloud.
• Implement distributed tracing systems (e.g., Jaeger, Open Zipkin) to monitor and troubleshoot performance across services.
• Work closely with software development teams, applying DevOps practices to enhance their productivity.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of microservices architecture.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong development skills with experience in Go-lang, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, Python, or Ruby.
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and cloud environments, specifically Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed tracing systems like Jaeger or Open Zipkin.

Desired Skills:

• DevOps with a strong focus on development skills using Java, GoLang, Scala, and Kotlin.
