Your Profile You have an academic degree in related fields or equivalent documented experience. In addition to this you have minimum 5 years of experience practicing CMF design in related fields. You have a strong understanding of design principles and a developed aesthetic sense together with an extensive knowledge of mass production, relevant manufacturing processes and materials. You have excellent communication skills in English and we expect you to be comfortable to present and put up arguments to support your ideas. To be successful in the role as CMF designer we believe you are a team-player without prestige together with a structured approach and a positive attitude. Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the active lifestyle we enable. We share the same values and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
