Quality inspector to international client
About the position
Our international client is seeking a Quality Inspector/Engineer for electrical equipment to join their team. This assignment requires traveling within Sweden and Europe which we expect to be in-between 30-40%. This position is a full-time consultant assignment running from June 2024 to May 31, 2025.
Your main responsibilities as a Quality Inspector at our client will be:
* Plan and perform inspections at our client and their suppliers.
* Follow up inspection results and actively contribute to resolving open issues.
* Participate in project meetings.
* Close collaboration and support to engineering team
* If needed, perform a role of Project Supplier Quality Manager (PSQM) as project supplier quality manager.
* You will have Finspång as primary location but the position requires travels in Sweden and Europe which we expect to be in-between 30-40% of the assignments time per year.
About you
Our client is looking for a candidate who is not only structured and self-motivated but also possesses the flexibility to travel outside of regular working hours and on weekends when required.
Requirements for the position
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English.
* High level of order and structure is necessary to succeed in the position.
* A Degree in Electrical Engineering, and/or longer work experience from the inspection area is needed.
* Knowledge of ATEX and/or IECEx
* Administrative skills and good knowledge of MS Office software
