Head of Supply Chain Management for Outokumpu Nyby

As Head of SCM for site Nyby you will play a pivotal role in developing, directing, and optimizing production planning and scheduling. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless execution of agreed Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) plans, and to optimize customer order fulfillment processes.

Your Role

• Develop and manage safety performance of the SCM workforce

• Ensure on-time product supply to customers, meeting set KPIs

• Drive capacity planning and refine inventory management aligned with S&OP

• Balance loading to achieve schedule adherence targets

• Enhance customer order fulfillment processes, coordinating closely with sales and operations

About you

• A natural leader who motivates and inspires teams to excel

• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical skills

• Deep understanding of supply chain principles and business processes

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain operations

You will be located in our site Nyby, Torshälla - Sweden, and report to Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management Advanced Materials, Reinaart Desseyn.
