Quality Engineer

You have a drive to develop and see the results of your hard work in terms of finished products.  We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.  You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality. The role Main Responsibilities:   - Manage and drive quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g., internal and supplier) - Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues - Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards - Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system ISO9001), ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained and carry out product and process auditing - Represent quality department in car projects We are looking for you who has a relevant university degree, preferably within manufacturing/engineering and minimum 3 years’ experience from Quality functions. It is also essential that you have - Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) - Good knowledge of TQM tools (e.g., Six Sigma) and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen etc.) - Professional in communication and fluent, both orally and in writing, in English and Swedish Availability - Immediate/As agreed - Full-time, Onsite.
