Country Manager (f/m/d) Sweden

Our International Management team is responsible for STRATO's market presence in the Netherlands, Spain, France, and the UK. Our work primarily includes product management, marketing, social media, and project management in close collaboration with the each of the company's departments.

As the Country Manager for Sweden, you are directly responsible for our market presence in Sweden. You will develop and support marketing strategies as well as product and service initiatives from preliminary assessment all the way to successful implementation. In the process, you will coordinate closely with the each of company departments and product managers involved.

Your responsibility
  • Establish country goals from the overall goals of the company and departments and record them with action planning and prioritized road maps
  • Support, develop, and adjust our product and service offers for the Swedish market
  • Monitor current market trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor the success of your own measures and the market with KPIs of our own as well as predefined KPIs, carry out cost/benefit analyses
  • Study the media landscape in Sweden and identify new sources for market information
  • Identify the necessary measures and develop appropriate concepts, decision-making guidelines, and presentations
Your personality
  • University degree, preferably in business administration or marketing
  • Interest in developing new markets
  • Native-level Swedish and business level proficiency in English or German
  • Analytical thinking and proactive identification and tracking of potential
  • Ability to persuade internal and external partners and act in exemplary fashion
