Head of Sales Nordics (m/w/d)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the lighting industry?
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead sales operations in the Nordic region?
We are seeking a talented and motivated colleague to join our team as the Head of Sales Nordics.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and leading a high-performing sales, marketing and back-office team across the Nordic countries.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the Nordic region in line with the corporate SLV strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, internal sales and marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to maximize revenue opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales activities with overall company goals and initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and other relevant insights.
  • Support in the further development of the international strategy for sales growth in order to expand the positioning of SLV in the Nordic region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in the lighting/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nordic commercial lighting market, including key players, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Strong and broad multi-channel know-how in the B2B environment
  • Proven leadership ability with experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve exceptional results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detailed knowledge of CRM systems and their use to increase sales efficiency
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region as needed.
  • Fluent written and spoken in any Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English
