You will be part of a team of 3 colleagues as Area Sales Manager for the counties of Skåne, Blekinge, Småland and Öland.
As our Area Sales Manager, it will be your responsibility to develop knowledge of the district and sales through personal visits and proactive efforts towards decision-makers at our dealer network. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Parador's flooring products are offered as much as possible for relevant construction projects in your district.
Whether in the shop, in the office or on construction sites - you will find the most efficient individual solution for your customers.
With great credibility and a strong ability to communicate at eye level, you maintain and create strong customer relationships as well as continuous sales of our flooring products.
Your reference will be Head of Sales EMEA Alexie Gliadkov, PARADOR Germany.
Your primary tasks will be:
A typical work week, you will be 4 days on customer visits in the district and on Fridays you will work in your home office with planning and follow-up. Typically, you will only have 2-3 nights a month at a hotel in the district.
On the personal side, it is important that you:
Subsequently, you will work very independently with good sparring with your closest colleagues in Sweden.

Your primary tasks will be:
- Spread awareness and sell our flooring products by visiting our dealers (70%)
- Training and trade fair participation at our dealers (15%)
- Planning and follow-up tasks in the home office (15%)
- Is quick to pick up the phone and/or call back quickly.
- Working with our priority sales efforts.
- Contributes to the positive and constructive dialogue with your colleagues.
- Has experience in selling floors.
- Insight and knowledge from a similar external sales consultant position.
- Enjoy your own company on the road.
- Have good communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Generally, have good IT skills. We use SAP and the CMR system Sales force.
- Can communicate and commit yourself in English orally and in writing at a high level.
