You will lead Billing Support team of 15 people, that supports customers and stakeholders regarding SEB Cash Management and Custody Product invoices. Team's daily work has diverse process scope and it involves continuous contact with Business Units - SEB Billing Management, Network Management and Sales. As a Team Manager you will be responsible for:
* Balanced workload and execution among team members* Securing operational and customer excellence * Minimizing operational risks and implementing corrective actions * Stakeholder support resolving everyday issues * Ensuring process knowledge and cross training plans * Core contribution and support of professional competency and talent development within the team* The design of tailored training plan for your team members

Monthly salary range for this position: 2150 - 3200 EUR (before tax deduction). The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
