You will lead Billing Support team of 15 people, that supports customers and stakeholders regarding SEB Cash Management and Custody Product invoices. Team's daily work has diverse process scope and it involves continuous contact with Business Units - SEB Billing Management, Network Management and Sales. Perfect role to apply leadership skills, gain new experience through coaching and networking, as well as unique opportunity to be part of New Billing Platform implementation project. As a Team Manager you will be responsible for:
* Balanced workload and execution among team members* Securing operational and customer excellence * Minimizing operational risks and implementing corrective actions * Stakeholder support resolving everyday issues * Ensuring process knowledge and cross training plans * Core contribution and support of professional competency and talent development within the team* The design of tailored training plan for your team members

We are looking for a self-driven, result and solution-oriented colleague, who encourages cross collaboration and transformative leadership. You are taking responsibility for own and team's delivery, you have experience to lead changes and nurture continuous improvement mindset. You have comprehensive knowledge of risk management and outstanding problem-solving skills. Genuine interest of the field, ability to jump into team deliveries and offer operational solutions to our stakeholders is your integral part. Naturally, as you will be part of a global organization, you are fluent in English. Therefore, we expect you to have:* Leadership experience in managing operational team* Proven ability to set yearly targets, KPIs and competency development plans* Ability to establish and develop sustainable relationships * Coaching and change management skills will be great assets for this role* Knowledge of Lean will be considered as an advantage What we offer

Monthly salary range for this position: 2150 - 3200 EUR (before tax deduction). The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
