What you will be doing Transaction Services is a business area in the Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division offering working capital management solutions to our clients. Our mission is to partner up with customers to enable them to lead and operate their businesses in the most efficient way.
To meet this challenging but also exciting environment, we need to ensure a faster and better delivery model. Only through more standardization and simplification can we help our customers to harvest the efficiency gains in their digital transformation. Leading change and facilitating such transformation is necessary to stay relevant to our clients. To meet the future, we believe we need to embark on a journey to develop a unified sales force characterized by strong business acumen, product knowledge and curiosity, based on a global industrialized offering.
With this in mind, we are looking for a dedicated leader to head our TS Sales function in Finland. You will report to Global Head of Sales in Transaction Services and locally to Niina Äikäs, Head of Large Corporate Coverage in Finland.
Who we are looking forYou have a true sales focus and enjoy taking the lead to achieve our common targets. You are a leader with high integrity and strong collaborative skills. You promote an open and honest feedback culture and act as a role model in terms of the bank's values. Former experience from Sales is qualifying as well as experience in Transaction Services business and products. Additionally, it's essential that you like working in an intense environment but also possess the ability to inspire and paint the picture of where we are heading. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
