This position will be part of Workforce management team with 12 professionals working with SEB employees globally, performing HR administrative tasks and supporting our staff with various employment related questions.
You will work in an environment that encourages proactivity, independency and self-reliance without not forgetting collaboration with other specialists.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Consulting and advising SEB group employees and managers about labour law and other work-related questions in Lithuania
  • Ensuring quality control of HR related administrative processes, and preparing documentations related to internal procedures, employment contracts, etc.
  • Administrating recruitment, exit and other HR processes
  • Work with data administration and quality in different HR systems
You'll be the right fit if you:
  • Have 1+ year relevant working experience
  • Have good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law
  • Good in Excel
  • Customer orientated, self-driven with good communications skills
  • Are a positive and open-minded team player
  • Attentive to details
  • Good in English as it will be your working language
  • Able to organize and monitor tasks in a way that makes our processes more efficient.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1550- 2350 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
