About the position
We are seeking for an individual with a banking background and payments knowledge. Client Service Specialist is an experienced professional who is responsible for providing a direct support for Large Corporate and Financial Institutions Clients in relation to cash management products and services. You must have client-oriented mindset that can not only support the clients' needs in a professional manner, but also is willing to take the extra mile to find the best solutions by creating an excellent client experience.

Main responsibilities
  • Deliver sound and timely support to our customers via phone and email* Plan and participate in client meetings to find the best solutions* Communicate effectively with customers and internal SEB units* Understand what customer is asking for and identify possible solutions for the customers problem* Ensure that each customer receives service and support according to agreed quality, time and in line with SEB Values* Continuously and in a proactive way develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and processes* Set and manage customer expectations and take ownership of the problem* Build SEB Reputation and trademark* Handle contingency coordination and support customers in case they are experiencing contingency situation* Perform customer analysis (e.g. STP and overall cash flow analysis, investigation patterns and other operation performance feedback).* Suggest and initiate process improvements to ensure quality of delivered cash management processes and products within SEB as well as advising customers on necessary changes to improve their STP. Requirements
  • Payments system knowledge and payment flow - payment types and differences* Coaching skills * Excellent communication skills* Proven ability to work under pressure, make fast decisions and keep customer focus* Good analytical skills* Solid knowledge of international business culture* Excellent English skills, orally and written Mindset & Behaviors

Monthly salary ranges
