What you will be doing
You will be a part of a young, professional team, accountable for providing various type of payment, lending, treasury, and fund related services. Along with that, you will be responsible for protecting the interests of SEB Corporate & Private and Financial Institutional customers while maintaining the highest level of service. We are performing back office processes by delivering operational support to our business partners and stakeholders. Cross-collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams across different geographies with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.
As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:* You will be processing transactions and payment related tasks in different banking systems * You will assist the team in liquidity monitoring and balance maintenance of Luxembourg cash accounts* You will provide telephone and e-mail advice and assistance to stakeholders and customers who are wealthy Nordic private individuals and corporate clients * You will be a part of process automation including Robotics, challenging existing set up* You will identify and drive process improvements, including the creations of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel Dashboards
Who we are looking for
* Education in Finance/Economics/Accounting and good English language skills are a must* Ability to analyse complex tasks and focus on details* Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset* Great team player who works well in collaborative environment* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is considered a strong plus* Previous experience withing payments or trading area are considered an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position: 1160 - 1740 EUR (before tax deduction). The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
