A day in the life of a Consumer Care Coordinator
As a Consumer Care Coordinator, you will be a part of the Consumer Care team in Nordics. You will add the value to the consumer experience with our brand, services and products. You will be a voice of Royal Canin for our clients and consumers while also being the receiver of the insights from them for the knowledge sharing in the team.

Daily, you will follow the Mars Consumer Care standard so mandatory KPIs are accomplished with clients and consumers both before and after the sale, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of them. That also involves data collection and reporting of consumer care activity while using the CRM system.

Essential duties and responsibilities
As a Consumer Care Coordinator, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Follow the Mars Consumer Care standard that includes recording consumer contact, acting on the contact, providing opportunity for consumer feedback and reporting consumer data
  • Provide responses to consumers that reflect RC tone of voice ensuring consumer satisfaction and feedback
  • Address the needs of clients and consumers, respond to their requests, while at the same time build the loyalty with them and represent Royal Canin.
  • Support campaigns and promotions coming from the pillars and Digital MKT
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that seeks responsibility, drives for the results and is service minded.

You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferable Veterinary nurse or similar will be considered as an advantage. If you have previous experience in Consumer Care or Customer Service, it will be a plus. However, it is not required as we will train you at the role. Having a strong ability to understand Royal Canin Brand and its specialized market will be much appreciated.

You speak Finnish, Swedish and English, as you will use these languages while interacting with our consumers and clients. You have strong understanding of the system database management (CRM) and MS Office.
