Job description:

Tyco Fire Protection Products (a part of Johnson Controls) is currently searching for a new Warehouse Supervisor to our warehouse in Lammhult, Sweden!

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to supervise and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, efficiency, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

How you will do it
* In the role as Warehouse Supervisor, you will partake in several exciting responsibilities.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of inventories. Prepare in anticipation the kitting and consolidation of material for work orders
* Follow up standard work on PFEP (Follow up standard work on materials control)
* Ensure follow up on best practices on receiving, putaway, & deliver of materials
* Ensure material availability on system on a timely basis
* Manage a budget and propose cost-reducing changes.
* Develop and implement new methodologies, tools and process to lead the warehouse and inventory in an efficiency manner
* Resolve quality regulations for production procedures and finished products according to internal and external demands
* Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training

Required profile:

What we look for
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing warehouse personnel, stock and cycle counts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in Swedish and English
* Skill to work under constrained time scales and demanding work loads
* Strong Personal Computer working capabilities
* Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean logistics and six sigma, is desirable

We offer a competitive salary package and an environment with high employee satisfaction. You will report to our Head of Logistics & Distribution that is placed in Dubai. The communication between him will be online/remote. Therefore, you must be comfortable with remote leadership. Your working tasks are at the warehouse in Lammhult, therefore you have to live at a drive distance to Lammhult.
