Your work assignment
We develop the market leading payroll product HR-plus that is providing the largest Swedish private companies with payroll and HR solutions. Our passion is to create a market leading solution that makes our customers successful in their payroll- and HRM-processes, and the heart and soul in our offer is our strong product development teams together with our business unit and customers.
As the Developer Manager for the HR-Plus product, your primary goal is to lead the product development team, inspire technical teams to deliver a product with high quality.
You work actively to coach your employees based on our values and principles and with individual performance and development. Working with clear objectives is a natural part for you and you are actively working to develop effective teams and good cooperation with our colleagues both within IT and business.
The role includes responsibility for the coordination of several teams within the product development, as well as interaction with other development teams within Visma. We work internationally and our teams can be distributed across several locations in Europe. You will work close to developers, architects, product owners and product managers to create the conditions where the team can work and perform optimally. It implies the creation of a work environment that is stimulating, creative and where people get space to develop and grow.
Who are you?
Since you have staff responsibility for some of our key product development team's, we see that you are a strong leader with a strategic mindset that is able to interact with a number of key stakeholders. You have proven experience in leading technical teams together with a solid technical background. You have the experience to lead product development teams.
Our perfect match has a systematic and well-organized way of working, which means that you define clear priorities, plans, are proactive and have analytical skills, but also the ability to act immediately when required. You may also have domain knowledge in the payroll & HRM area and/or experience with other enterprise products.
You have the experience to work and improve processes. Working and looking for agile working methods is seen as a matter of course. You are a social and motivated employee who is actively seeking collaboration with your colleagues to find a solution to problems and challenges. You have acquired this through your experience of leading a development team. You know that cooperation, the right communication and a prestigeless attitude as a leader are the keys to high-performance teams.
