We are looking for an experienced Test Manager who is passionate about improving healthcare.Aurora Innovation helps healthcare increase its availability to patients with our cloud based digital communication platform Aurora teleQ. It offers a case management solution developed for the needs in healthcare based on telephony, video, chat and SMS. We have a strong market position in Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands and the ambition of being the lead player enabling digital healthcare communication services.
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for testing on multiple levels within Aurora. You will work company-wide with test strategies, you are responsible for our test plan and our Continuous Integration chain. You will drive and further develop these in close collaboration with our three development teams.
The role includes establishing an understanding of the importance and implications of testing within the company, as well as being a coach for our two other testers. You will also be coaching our developers around technical tests and quality assurance. Today we are 20 employees in the System Development Department. We are working with agile methodologies delivering a new shippable version each two weeks.We are looking for you who have:

- Large distributed systems and microservice architecture. You will work with our cloud-based products that handle large amounts of traffic every day.
- Working with Jenkins, Python, Java & Linux
- Development of scalable products, as opposed to customer-specific solutions.
Our business is located in several countries so being able to speak and write in English is a requirement. If you speak Swedish and other languages that is a plus!
