Your duties will include responsibility within the following areas:
- Client relations: Act as a partner to your clients, in close cooperation with Account Managers maintain and develop good cooperation and independently work with resales
- Recruitment: Overall responsibility for the recruitment processes for your clients; from start-up and setting a requirement profile, advertisement, selection, interviews to presenting candidates to the client
- Consultant Management and leadership: Responsibility to nurture and develop relationships with your consultants through continuous dialogue, meetings, and the associated administration and time reporting
At branch Uppsala, there is one operations team, which means that you will work with clients, consultants and candidates within all business areas. Although the most part of your job is done independently, you work with the team towards common goals, results and the continuous growth of the business areas.Vi söker dig som
- Has relevant education; for example an education in Human Resources with an interest in business or education in Finance with an interest in working with people
- Has experience from service and customer contact
- Has very good knowledge in Swedish and good knowledge in English, both written and orally
- Has drivers license B
Experience from the staffing- or recruitment industry or from sales could be an advantage, but if you have the right ambition and desire to succeed we think that you who are new in your career also can succeed in this role.

Process: The first step in the recruitment process is to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV.
If you proceed, the next step is a competence-based interview. The recruitment process contains of tests, interviews, and references.
