The Investigation Engineer is part of a team responsible of performing structured problem solving on all customer complaints received. The investigation process includes collection of relevant information related to product issues, analysis in cooperation with other organizational entities within the company and conclusion of root causes and relevant corrective actions to resolve the situation. The investigations performed by the team also forms the foundation for larger quality improvement initiatives within the organization.Description of the role and responsibilities
You will perform investigations in accordance with established process and in cooperation with relevant resources. As a person, it is important that you are structured and analyzing. You document and store information related to performed investigations in a way that supports traceability and effective trend analysis.
Your will make sure that our complaint system is updated with relevant information and analysis made to define root cause and suggest containment action. You will also be participating in daily board meeting where cases are prioritized and escalated, to continuous process improvement activities. As a person you are a team player and supports colleagues in problem solving and will cooperate with internal and external experts when needed.Professional capabilities
As Investigation Engineer you need to be able to draw conclusions based on information from multiple sources with varying quality. Ability to process and evaluate information in a structured way is critical. You also need to interact with technicians from the entire Envirotainer Global Service Network so strong communication skills and English fluency is important. Lastly, the quality of the investigation relies on accuracy in data and therefore attention to detail is necessary.Interpersonal skills
