Maintenance Team Leader - Automation

We are looking for Maintenance Team Leaders to work for a state-of-the-art, technically advanced automated warehouse on the outskirts of Stockholm (Half hour drive)

You will work within a highly automated warehouse that enables products to be selected at fast pace and packaged ready for home delivery and you will lead a team of experienced Maintenance Engineers. . You will receive full training and will work with unrivalled robotics and automated technology.

To take on the level of responsibility for this role,, you will have managed /supervised a team of Engineers and will have a background as a Maintenance Engineer yourself.

You will come from a fast paced, high volume, manufacturing/production 24/7 operation, Ideally you will have worked in Food, FMCG, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Automotive manufacturing and will have covered all elements of Maintenance.

This is a demanding environment that requires an understanding of industry standards, health and safety regulations and operational, reactive and preventative maintance. . You will have a qualification or certified experience in Engineering.

You will either be living in Sweden or an EU country (and are ready to make a move elsewhere in Europe). There is no relocation package to cover the cost of moving to Sweden, However, there is a real opportunity for a permanent career, within one of the fastest growing and most highly valued international companies you will know of with highly competitive salaries on offer.
