Dina arbetsuppgifter
Civil Aftermarket is searching for a new Commercial Officer to strengthen our Commercial team.
Civil Aftermarket as a business unit was established in spring 2022 and includes Parts Repair and IGT
reparations. We have responsibility for all sales and to manage the contracts within the Aftermarket
organization in Sweden. The plan is to continue to grow substantially in both business areas within
the next few years, and a key person in this is the Commercial Officer.
Someone who sees the potential in new affairs, who’s takes care and manages our existing contracts.
Builds customer relationships and works closely with our technical team to make our affairs more
profitable.
Key responsibilities:

*Build strong customer relationship
* Member of the Civil Aftermarket Program Management team
* Ensure the management and resolution of commercial issues on a day to day basis
* Know the contract and ensure GKN interests
* Commercial change management
* Support/prepare bids and proposals
* Participate in negotiations
* Inform the Program Management team of contractual obligations and boundaries
* First point of escalation for customer purchase order or contractual issues
* Identifying and mitigating risk and assessing opportunities
* Supporting the business to manage change and deliver upon its financial commitments



Din profil
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

* BSc in Engineering or Economics or equivalent experience
* Ability to easily communicate in English, spoken as well as written
* Ability to understand and run financial business models
* High analytical capability
* Customer focused
* Contracting knowledge
* Flexible and team minded approach
* Able to interpret and communicate customer requirements
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in complex and dynamic situations
* Adaptability to negotiate both as an individual and as part of a wider team
* Understand a variety of contract/agreement types such as Non-Disclosure Agreement
