At FLIR we are a team of 6 working with FPGA design where we work with image processing of infrared data. As the next step in our expansion we are now looking for experienced FPGA developers to join our team.Job Description
As a FPGA designer at FLIR you work with the image flow from IR and visual camera sensors. You work in the entire design flow, from specification and planning to implementation and verification in simulation, to building and testing on hardware. As a part of our team you work with our embedded software and IR-system teams to integrate your FPGA design into our cameras. Additionally, you also work with implementing and modifying image processing filters in FPGA's from all major vendors. We use Matlab for creating reference models, and Jenkins as our verification framework. As an experienced developer you may also support our architect in architectural decisions.
Required skills include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within FPGA or ASIC development
- Simulation with Mentor Modelsim tools
- Building with Xilinx Vivado and Intel Quartus
- Familiar with SDC timing constraints
- Familiar with Jenkins or similar build tools
- Hands on board bring-up and signal integrity debugging
- C or other programming languages
