My name is Patrik Nilsson, and I am leading Service Quality Assurance within Telia Company Group organization. We are part of Service Assurance where we secure production stability for all services for customers in six different countries.
Performance & Quality Assurance is a team of 10 very skilled and professional people, focused on data analysis and improvement investigations. The team is currently located in Sweden and Finland but work across all Telia's markets.
The team consists of senior professionals within the competences of data analysis, data visualization and analytic investigations. They support operative specialists, process managers and higher management with in-depth analysis and insights based on a multitude of data sources. The team develop key performance indicators, perform process performance analyses, develop and maintain digitalized analytic reporting tools.
The team's geographical center is in Sundsvall, Sweden. There is also where this management position is located.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Leading, developing and growing the team
- Identifying opportunities to refine our operating model and realize synergies
- Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Defining requirements and contributing to the development of our target platforms
- Securing data governance and compliance to security and legal requirements for your team's IT environment
- Collaboration with Process Managers and other functions in Service Assurance
- Financial planning and follow-up

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience working with analytics, experience from leadership in a multi country setup and being fluent in English language, both spoken and written. Experience working with performance management, statistical methods and Lean Six Sigma methodology is valued. A University degree in ICT, Business Administration or similar is desired.Wanted personal competencies:
