As the Head of Problem Management Office, you will lead a team of specialists working with deviation investigations and improvement identification.

My name is Patrik Nilsson, and I am leading Service Quality Assurance within Telia Company Group organization. We are part of Service Assurance where we secure production stability for all services for customers in six different countries.

The Problem Management Office team is currently located in Sweden and Norway but work across all Telia’s markets. It consists of senior professionals with competences of investigation techniques, analytical methods and workgroup leadership. The team collaborates with incident managers, service managers and technical specialist to identify root causes to deviations and improvement measures.

The team’s geographical center is in Sundsvall, Sweden. There is also where this management position is located.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Leading, developing and growing the team

  • Identifying opportunities to refine our operating model and realize synergies

  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

  • Monitoring and analyzing operative performance indicators

  • Collaboration with the Process Managers and stakeholders across the organization

  • Financial planning and follow-up

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience working with operative Problem Management, experience from leadership in a multi country setup and being fluent in English language, both spoken and written. Experience working with performance management, ITIL process framework and analytic methodology is valued. A University degree in ICT, Business Administration or similar is desired.
