

Web Analytics Specialist

Analytics is at the core of our business and is a part of everything we do, from analysing how customers interact with us online to delivering insights forming our media strategies.
You will be responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance and reporting of website analytics using tools like GA4. You will be the bridge between Commercial and Tech, working closely with our Performance Specialist, Product Owner and Analytics Team. With a deep technical understanding combined with a strong commercial focus, ensuring we get the most out of our tool stack and marketing activities. You see yourself as a team player who thinks that commercial results and a great customer experience always is based on the art of translating data into actionable insights.

Many have experienced the benefits of online food shopping, and we create the meal solutions of the future, where the consumer can tailor their meal boxes according to their own needs.

You will have a key role in and be responsible for:
- Responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance and reporting of website analytics, including configuration between Segments - GA4
- Reporting, analysis and insights: Building dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders
- Make recommendations to optimise website performance using our CRO model, including A/B-tests, user tests with heatmaps etc.
- Responsible for overall performance tracking, including implementing scripts/pixels and making sure we are in the frontline on the tracking area and representing your area in a cross-functional team called Conversion Squad
- Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing, web analytics and MarTech
- Serving as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools
- Analytical thinking and working with numbers and data comes natural to you
- Strong business acumen and a great team player
- GA4/GTM-experience
- Passionate about learning, exploring solutions and keeping on top of what's new
- Active self-starter who takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve.
- BI Tool experience like Tableau and experience from CDP like Segments and setting up A/B-tests is a plus
