PeopleSoft Application Specialist to Tre

Enterprise IT & Operations are responsible for ensuring that our IT systems in production work optimally and meet the requirements for, but not limited to, security, performance and stability. From hardware and operating systems to databases and IT applications. The role is part of the CRM team whose area of responsibility mainly is sales, customer service, online/selfservice and CRM system.

About the role
As an Application Specialist, you will be part of CRM team with nine colleagues responsible for IT applications to handle CRM, sales, and customer service. You will support the PeopleSoft application and take the lead for other CRM applications.

The central part of the role is to secure the system's availability, stability, and performance, as in monitoring the systems, handling alarms, and troubleshooting production problems. Furthermore, you will include analyzing and resolving error reports and customer complaints.

Together with the team, you solve all kinds of issues in any system within our responsibility. We constantly seek to improve ourselves and our way of working, and we encourage the contribution of new ideas and practices of routines and processes. A part of the role includes on-call services, one week's on-call every 4th week.

Who are you
To be successful in the position, we believe you have several years of experience in a similar role. You also have a burning interest in IT with a curiosity to learn new things every day. Since you will work closely with the development team and business, you can easily get into in-depth technical details and convey pedagogically the essence of the message for internal users working towards the customer. You need to have good written and spoken English knowledge as we work in an international environment. To be a structured and analytical problem solver comes naturally for you, where you are motivated by new challenges.

Regarding technical skills, you need to have knowledge of Linux, SQL, and database. You have previous experience of PeopleSoft CRM application.
