Job description
Group Function Financial Support & Analysis at Skanska HQ act as business partner to the Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Business Units supporting and advising strategic and operational decision-making. Currently the team consists of five people situated in Stockholm and New York.
In this role, you will work close to GLT to monitor and analyze the Group's financial performance and work with constant improvements. You will analyze quarterly results and provide reports and ad-hoc analysis on request from GLT and the Board. Furthermore, you will coordinate the yearly setting of targets for our Business Units together with HR. You will be engaged in in change processes and other group level initiatives as well as Board queries. You are also a super-user for our business analytics tool.
Experience
We are looking for a Group controller with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills. You are efficient in executing your commitments and build good relationships with your stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Your interest in data driven analysis, and your social skills will make you successful in this role.
Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a responsive approach, commitment, and good collaboration- and communication skills.
You hold a university degree in economics, business, finance or equivalent and have around 5 years relevant work experience from business controlling, audit, management consulting or similar. You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Experience from business analytics tools is particularly meritorious. Fluency in English is a requirement, both written and spoken.
