We are currently searching for an Analytical Consultant for the Customer Success, Industry Insights team in Stockholm, Sweden.
NIQ Customer Success team is focusing on building great customer experience by offering insights on category development and consumer buying behaviour, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment by enhancing our customers' use of our data and tools through speciality expertise and engagement.

As an Analytical Consultant you work with business solution-driven analyses, presentations and recommendations for one of today’s leading global FMCG companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Improve the customer engagement and satisfaction of your assigned client by offering outstanding analytical support
•Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations
•Deliver insights and recommendations to your clients based on your analytical work
•Generate sales leads based on your knowledge about your client’s business
•Transition and train your client in NIQ’s new cloud-based data platform Discover
•Participate actively in building a positive and engaging team culture
The role is based in our Stockholm office and reports to the Nordics Customer Success Leader. You will be part of a team of eight team members in total.
About you

Required profile:
QUALIFICATIONS
•Preferably 2-3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry within business analysis, market research or category management.
•Fluent in Swedish and strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
•A commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results.
•First and foremost a burning desire and ability to create and drive a commercial analytical base for identifying what's next for your client.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a clear advantage.
•Experience with conducting presentations and good communication skills.
