We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Development Director to help us to expand and develop our business strategy and growth plans. You will be the front of the company and will have dedication to create and apply an effective development strategy in the Scandinavian market. This function contributes to the company's success by providing strategic planning, and financial oversight in new build development projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality. You will be responsible for delivery of the real estate development program and responsibilities will commence in the development lifecycle at the site identification and acquisition stage through due diligence to construction and to the ultimate handover to the operational business unit.

Job description
  • To develop and execute our growth strategy in the Scandinavian market
  • Development of whole expansion strategy within planned budget
  • Prepare development plans and pipelines over all markets within Capex
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and potential locations on the market
  • Develop and adapt our internal concept
  • Responsibility for planning and remodelling of our current store
  • Leading Development Team
  • Support of commercial leas contracts and construction contracts negotiation
  • Support in renegotiating and renewing existing lease contracts
  • Close stores for strategic or commercial reasons
  • Propose and present adequate actions of new openings, remodel existing stores and closures
  • Responsibility to Develop and revise the store concept
  • Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects
  • Close cooperation with other internal departments
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as Real Estate Development Manager is a must
  • Proven Experiences from QSR (Quick Service Restaurant business) is also big advantage
  • Scandinavian Market knowledge - Denmark/Sweden and Norweay
  • Proven expansion track record
  • Experience with stores remodeling
  • Proficiency in English is a must, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language is an big advantage (but at least one of these languages is a must)
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field is an advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
