We are currently seeking for Franchise Business Leader for Sweden to build best in class franchise operating capability across Swedish market by developing strategic relationships and providing operational consultancy for our franchise partners. Unlock growth by strengthening their business operations through developing a bespoke strategic approach for relevant partners, ensuring that franchise partners are managed to brand standards through a structured support process. Influence Franchise partners to adhere to all operational standards which ensures consistent performance across their restaurant portfolio, and both recommend/manage the appropriate interventions and/or consequence for underperforming partners.

Franchise People Team to build talent pool, cultural capability, and self-sufficiency within our larger partners in order for them to effectively run brand building franchise operations to maintain brand integrity, mitigate risk and generally to grow the business. Be a knowledge holder for all systems, tools and processes that enables optimal franchise SSS, guest and operational performance, and drive profitability of the franchise businesses by partnering with Franchise owners and senior operators to deliver positive unit economics.

Authentic leadership, strategic thinking, coaching skills and rigorous follow up is required to develop both franchise people and operational capability to unlock Fz Operating Capability as part of the Burger King Strategical
Scandinavian plan.

  • Be a key point of contact for the senior operator, being their Coach and to supervise their performance on market level
  • Build partnerships with Franchisees leads, understanding their pipeline, planning, and operating capability, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Build Fz capability towards opening great new restaurants and minimize brand risk, maintaining brand standards
  • Personal liability for all franchisees in Sweden
  • Optimize and ensure profitable restaurants through a high focus on sales, profits, satisfied employees, and guests' satisfaction
  • Responsible for following up franchisees and ensuring optimal operation of the restaurants
  • Exercise clear and supportive leadership
  • Be present and support franchisees and restaurant managers in day-to-day operations
  • Active follow-up of franchisees to ensure optimal operating and concept brand standards, so that the departments create profitable restaurants.
  • Close follow-up of the franchisee's results with ability to assist them with efficiency and optimal operations procedures
  • Clear feedback and requirements for change as needed
  • Facilitate and ensure that the franchisee complies with all requirements and rules in Sweden
  • Together with the franchisee, you work to build future restaurant managers and new managers
  • Help to earn a good reputation in the premises of the individual restaurant
  • Through recruitment ensure that the company attracts and hires people who add both innovation and continuation of our working methodology, and our values
  • Improve execution and delivery by bringing to life standardized process across all franchise partners to ensure new restaurants are successfully opening, and to brand standard
  • Spend time in the field with franchise partners - ensuring operational knowledge is always current
  • Attend and participate in all franchise comms meetings to present, facilitate and add clarity to content.
  • Ensure relevant audience attendance and participationEnsure periodic decks, reports are kept up to date
  • 3-5 years experience in restaurant management / franchisee / general manager is a must
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and operational routines
  • Experience leading larger teams and at a distance
  • Strong financial skills
  • Very good in written and oral communication and presentation
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of how the company works as an organization and how to make decisions through the system
  • High degree of implementation abilit
  • Very good analytical skills

  • Ability to handle many tasks at once
