Delivery Specialist (maternity leave cover)

We are looking for two people to come in to cover for two different maternity leaves. The period is between January 15th, 2024, and March 15th, 2025. Ideally, we are searching for one native Swedish speaker and a native Norwegian speaker in either Stockholm or Oslo. Some traveling will be required between Oslo/Stockholm.

There is also a possibility of securing a permanent position upon the conclusion of the temporary cover.

What you'll do

As a Delivery Specialist, your job will be to:
  • Work closely with our customers to create chatbot solutions in our user-friendly platform
  • Onboard new customers, and be responsible for maintaining the chatbots of certain customers
  • Ensure that our project deliveries to our customers are in accordance with the contract in terms of time, cost, and quality
  • Be involved in a wide range of offers that Kindly offers its customers, including analysis, fieldwork, training, workshops, and text production
  • Stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services
Who you are
  • Passionate about helping our customers create amazing user experiences for their customers
  • You work well in teams, but also independently. We think having a background working with B2B customers will help you succeed in this position
  • It is important to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Swedish or Norwegian and English (a third language is a plus)
  • As you will handling customers you must be comfortable leading meetings with big and small crowds
  • Last but not least, being pedagogical is a key skill as you will be onboarding and training our customers in our platform
