In this roll, you will provide customer support, including order processing, query handling, sales support, and communication with internal and external customers. - You have minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service Environment.
- You are fluent Finnish, both oral and written. Knowledge in one more Nordic language is a big plus.
- You have good knowledge in Windows applications, such as Word/Excel/Outlook.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You have organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You have excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills. You are a team player, have excellent customer focus and numerical skills.Admission and Application
