As part of our B2B expansion strategy, Holzkern is looking for a B2B Sales manager for Sweden. You are responsible for the acquisition of new offline B2B partners in your region (e.g. watch and jewelry stores, department stores, fashion stores, etc.) and a constant development of new and existing partners in this area. As the main contact point for partners, you are completely responsible for their satisfaction and fully represent Holzkern in the region. You are responsible for the acquisition of new offline B2B partners in your region (e.g. watch and jewelry stores, department stores, fashion stores, etc.) and a constant development of new and existing partners in this area. As the main contact point for partners, you are completely responsible for their satisfaction and fully represent Holzkern in the region. YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Full responsibility for all B2B accounts in Sweden including acquisition of new partners and account management of existing partners
- Acquisition of new partners requires readiness for high mobility in the assigned region to visit potential partners, trade fairs, networking events, etc.
- Account management of existing partners requires regular personal visits to understand the partner's needs, to optimize the representation of Holzkern in partner stores and ensure a strong partner relationship and high, ongoing partner revenues
- Work independently and entrepreneurial to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the region
- Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned region/accounts
- Develop a good understanding of Holzkern products to become a true brand ambassador
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in the fields of watches, jewelry and/or fashion
- Hands-on personality with clear drive for sales success
- High negotiation and networking skills with external partners
- Good understanding of B2B deals and success factors in negotiating deals with partners
- Quick learning curve on Holzkern brand and products to be able to fully represent Holzkern within a short period of time
- Perfect knowledge of Swedish in combination with English and/or German
- High degree of flexibility and mobility to close deals within the designated region
