About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for accounting for mainly 3 active (and 1-2 dormant) subsidiaries in the group. Your 3 main companies are Eniro Treasury AB (Sweden), Gule Sider AS (Norway) and Krak A/S (Denmark). The group reports according to IFRS.
The company has a centralized department that handles accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and credit control, but otherwise you are responsible for all other bookings, reconciliations and accounting activities.
Accounting for 3-5 subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark and Norway
Independently perform the monthly and annual closing process,
Balance sheet, Intercompany and other reconciliations and analysis
Reporting of VAT and other taxes
Contact with the local auditors for your companies
Create statutory annual reports
Participate in development projects and system administration
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
About you
We are looking for you who have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role (preferably in a listed company). You thrive in a company where the pace is high, and so is the mood. The job requires that you speak and write English well.
It is preferable that you:
have experience in accounting for Norwegian and/or Danish companies (in addition to Swedish)
have experience with the accounting system Unit4 (Agresso) (strongly meritorious)
have a technical interest as you will be involved in development projects and system administration
College/university degree in accounting/economics
About the team
The role is based at Eniro's headquarters in Solna. The finance team in Solna consists of 12 people who together manage around 9 subsidiaries (3 of which are dormant). One of these colleagues has a similar role to yours.
