We are growing and in 2023 we are establishing Disruptive Technologies in Sweden. We are looking for a strong sales performer who pushes boundaries and uncovers new opportunities each and every day! This role entails that you establish trust and credibility with end users and partners, and we are looking for an experienced a-player with a strong track record of working in complex sales environments.
Our sensors unfold their true business value in combination with the software and services of our partner ecosystem within Commercial and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and related businesses. You will work with solution partners, integration partners and service providers to sell and deliver new and innovative solutions in areas such as workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, food safety and health services. You will collaborate closely with our Europe sales team, engineers, product managers, and marketers. We are app. 40 employees and you will be joining a team full of enthusiasm, pride and relentless energy.
Your key responsibilities - Own, develop and grow DT's sales pipeline in Sweden and the Stockholm aree
- Account Planning, Key Account and Partner Management
- Work closely with Partners to support their sales efforts
- Open up new sales opportunities and hunt new business every day
- With our partners, deliver new and innovative solutions in areas such as workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, food safety and health services
- Attend client meetings across Sweden wide
- Present the value of our full product suite to decision makers, including product demonstrations
Your core competence & skillsIdeally you work in Commercial Real Estate or Smart Buildings today and have been working in Workplace Services innovation, Facilities Services innovation or Food Retail facilities innovation. You love building relationships and have a strong network of contacts across Sweden.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales or business development experience
- Background in solution selling, familiarity with SaaS a plus
- Experience with Workplace or Facilities Management innovation is a strong plus
- Track record with Commercial Real Estate software and services is a strong plus
- Experience working with RoI and cost modeling
- BA or BS degree
