HR Payroll Consultant

Lundhags, a brand under the Brav umbrella, are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Consultant to join our team.

As the HR Payroll Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a stable and compliant payroll and HR function within our organization. Your mission is to uphold and establish HR guidelines and policies throughout the organization while also providing crucial support to the Group's HR team while supporting managers and employees in the daily operations.

Key Tasks:
HR Payroll

• Responsible for the payroll operations in Brav Sweden, including communication and collaboration with external partners.

• Responsible for pension schemes and personnel insurances.

• Responsible for system registering working hours and absence, including system maintenance and support, developing training materials and maintaining contact with system providers.

• Support leaders and employees in questions regarding payroll and other personnel administrative questions.

HR Operations

• Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of employees.

• Prepare and store Employment Contracts, Job Descriptions and other relevant documents.

• Collect and report HR statistics, e.g. sick-leave, overtime and turnover.

• General HR support to the various departments in Brav and Lundhags.

• Responsible for informing and consulting trade unions and employers' associations in relevant situations.

HR Processes and policies

• Support corporate internal communication from Group HR.

• Implement and follow up on relevant people processes set from group HR such as salary adjustment and appraisal dialogue processes.

• Ensure that proper HR documents and relevant templates are in place.

Office Administration

• Overall responsibility for the operations of Brav's offices in Sweden, including development of office-routines.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar).

• Minimum 3 years work experience within the field of Payroll and HR.

• Very good Swedish and English language skills, both verbally and written.

• Good knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite).

• Good knowledge of Swedish labour law and collective bargaining agreements.

• Good knowledge of HR, Payroll GDPR, insurance and pension schemes.

• Strong administrative and system skills, including proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
