About the role:
The Head of Ad Operations will make sure that Ad operations works perfectly and that we have the right workflow across all countries Europe in both ad servers (GAM and Google Ads) and to be on top of new ad features and ad developments from Google and YouTube.
You are manager for 1 Ad Operations Specialist, but the team might grow in the future.
You are based in Stockholm, but you work with our offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Milan, Paris, and Madrid.

Technically responsible for our ad servers.
Own all migrations with new potential CMS:es into GAM.
Make sure that all migrations are done correctly and that we know/have all technical requirements.
Make sure that all new and existing Sales partners have the support they need and are setup correctly in GAM and that the workflows are efficient and optimal.
Onboard/educate all new/existing Client Managers or country Managers and make sure they become experts on our products within Ad Space.
Set long and short-term strategies for the team across Europe.
Ensure the team have the tools and support that they require and ensure the team are service minded, knowledgeable, accurate and well taken care of.
The well-being of the team is one of the central responsibilities for Head of Ad operations.
Have daily contact with the team to makes sure that everything run smoothly, and nothing falls off the radar.
Support with traffic/optimizing of campaigns and supporting the team when it comes to the relationship with sales/clients across Europe.
Be a part of the strategies set by the sales department and the rest of the company to make sure that the Video Marketing Team are aligned with these.
Be the bridge between the departments and see how we can work more closely together.

Work closely with the sales department and the person responsible for ad space.
