Business Development Executive (Finnish-speaker)

The Account Management Team is required to develop existing accounts whilst maintaining and retaining CIBT's primary clients. On occasion they will be required to implement new business.

The Business Development Executive assists in planning and implementing sales to specific key accounts, cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities.

The main purpose of the Business Development Executive is to grow and manage CIBT's top Category Accounts including new sales to prospects.
  • Implement effective strategies to develop Account portfolio resulting in the increase of units and revenue
  • Provide quantifiable results to show account growth and development that meet personal monthly/yearly sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within assigned Account portfolio
  • Assists in the planning, establishing and maintaining of account relationships with assigned Account Portfolio
  • Analyse client needs and identify/create best option-solution
  • Monitor client activity and buying behaviour in order identify any risks to your portfolio and react to mitigate against these
  • To capture all Account activity onto Salesforce (CRM)
  • Create and maintain customer account profiles in Inon and CMS tools
  • Schedule and conduct training for new clients who fit the criteria for training
  • Achieve yearly company growth targets through existing client penetration, new channels and new sales leads from existing clients
  • Focus on increasing unit growth per account
  • Implement all enquiries for accounts using relevant documents (agreements and enrollment forms)
  • Run periodic MI and commission reports as per client requirement
  • Introduce clients to Newland Chase when ever appropriate
  • Introduce CIBT products and brands to existing Account portfolio

Job Description
  • Identify new service ideas generated by clients and communicate to relevant person
  • Provide a high level of customer service to the clients that need support
  • To help as and when needed with specific administration tasks for the Account Management team
  • Liaise effectively with all departments within CIBT to ensure client requirements are met
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
  • To work with Managing Director and team to create proposals for clients with potential to generate new business
  • To undertake all other reasonable duties as requested by the Managing Director
  • Maintain accurate records of leads followed up to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
  • Work in partnership with other CIBT AM Teams to generate global business for CIBT
  • To work with professionalism, honesty and integrity maintaining confidentiality
  • To treat all colleagues fairly, with respect, impartially and consistency.
Skills and Experience

  • 2—5 Years Account Management experience preferred
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Proven ability to prioritise issues and to be self-motivated
  • Ability to work the hours required of the role
  • Ability to travel across Finland and occasionally Europe
  • Aptitude for strategic commercial long term forward thinking
  • Travel industry experience
  • Visa Processing experience
  • Legalizations and export documentation experience
