Do you have a passion for using data to create and ship Machine Learning systems using an open source tech stack, leading to high impact in user engagement and business value? At Visma Finance, we love data, automation and Machine Learning, and we are now looking for a Machine Learning engineer with a strong technical orientation to further push the agenda of automation and data driven decision making.
Visma Finance, and our mission
Visma Finance is a fintech start-up on a path to become a leading financing source for small businesses in Visma's markets, by supplying automated and digital financial services. Visma Finance provides its financial products as a part of various economic reporting systems (ERP's) enabling a smooth and integrated customer experience for the system user.
Visma Finance today consists of a team in Stockholm and one in Vilnius, totaling 19 people. We are a tight-knit crew who operates at a high pace, with lots of energy and room for discussions. Visma Finance is a part of the Visma corporate group and acts as its financial institution in supplying financial products and services.
The key in bringing the financial services and products to life, and enabling the automated service, is unique data and Machine Learning. Visma Finance has access to information no other financial provider has, giving us an edge in data driven decision making, customer on-boarding, credit decisions and product offering!
Who are you?
You are a driven team player who believes in transparency, knowledge sharing, and thrives in the art of building scalable and efficient code, taking a starting point in data, and ending in Machine Learning systems. Ideally you have around 3-5 years of experience from doing Machine Learning and building efficient data pipelines. You are not afraid to take actions and work independently, but you also seek input when needed to make progress and move forward.
