The purpose of the role of Small to Medium Business Sales Representatives:
  • Lead sales and pre-sales activity within the nominated Territory. Territory may be defined by industry, domain; solution; partners or a group of major accounts.
  • Provide business development service, developing both existing client relationships and acquiring new clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Operational Responsibilities
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Market and Industry directions regarding Business, Economic, and Technology directions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the nominated client's business directions, issues and solution alternatives.
  • Provide expert-level guidance in Industry vertical matters.
  • Comply with sales processes in a timely and professional manner (CRM, OQ, Account Planning etc.).
  • Support and Assistance in developing new Market Services and Offers
  • Sales / Client Management Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets within the nominated territory in alignment with the location business plan.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
  • Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the customer organization.
  • Understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
  • Form long-term business relationships to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote the organization as a quality supplier to achieve "preferred" supplier status.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that enable increased coverage of additional services within each customer.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior client personnel and develop our brand within their organization/industry.
  • Contribute to sales strategies that will define the future of VikingCloud business.
  • Develop and implement strategies that maximize the type and number of services provided by xxx into the nominated accounts.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of winning proposals.
  • Develop, maintain and lead sales plans for nominated accounts.
  • Keep abreast of competitors' sales strategies and activities within nominated accounts and industries.
  • Communicate and liaise with all professional staff to leverage new business opportunities.
  • Identify, prospect and close new opportunities and communicate these to Sales Director.

Requirements/Experience:
  • You have proven sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive power, and excellent communication skills.
  • High-level services and industry knowledge and the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in the IT Services sector.
  • Specific experience and knowledge in the Territory assigned
  • Extensive experience in selling through the entire SDLC from the plan, delivery and run phases.
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence at the senior level within a customer's organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to take the initiative and work independently.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop and deliver executive presentations on business matters.
  • Well-developed analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify and solve problems through analysis and planning.
  • High level of confidence, drive and motivation and sound business acumen.

Education:
Tertiary-educated applicants are preferred, but at minimum, a high school certificate or equivalent is required for employment. Must be an Swedish citizen or permanent resident. Superior English language skills in written and verbal formats.
