We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Katarina Gunnarsson, MD Sweden and Björn Rösten, MD Norway. Both of them is also having global responsibilities within Unit4. This is a new position located at our office in Oslo or Stockholm.What you will do
As an executive assistant, you will be the gatekeeper of our executive's schedule, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and arranging complex and detailed travel plans. You keep our executives well informed of their commitments and responsibilities by preparing meetings and coordinating and monitoring actions and decisions. When needed you provide an excellent follow-up on tasks and act as a trusted advisor for issues taking place.
You will empower and help our executives with your hands-on approach and handle all sorts of administrative activities, route and distribute incoming mail and email, answer routine email and prepare personal and confidential correspondence. You will connect with other colleagues in the departments on behalf of our executive and show leadership, credibility, trust and support in your contact with board members and other colleagues. As an executive assistant, you deliver structure through the management of day-to-day routine, creating win-win situations for all activities taking place.Your approach
You are self-driven with a high level of motivation and determination. You have a high intellect, service minded and have great ambition. You are structured and able to act in an agile organization. You like to build new relationships, are hands-on and have an open communication style.Who are you
- Preferably Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant area;
- Experience in supporting Senior Management / Executive positions;
- A methodical and structured approach and eager to contribute to team success;
- You can manage different interests and needs of stakeholders you work with;
- Fluent in English, Swedish and/or Norwegian.
