About the Role:
The Account Director will work with Twitch advertisers in The Nordics and support growth of Twitch’s advertising revenue for the region.

We are looking for a collaborative, client-focused, energetic, and creative senior sales executive with experience in selling media in the video space towards agencies and brands. A storyteller who has a proven track record in brand and creative solutions. You will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides outstanding advertising solutions to our clients. You will report to the Nordic Sales Director and will represent Twitch Advertising's goals and customer priorities in all endeavors and work with the Global Twitch Ad Sales team to ensure coverage, coordination, and an excellent client experience for our partners, acting locally but thinking globally.

As a Twitch expert you will partner with the local Amazon Advertising team to represent Twitch in the marketplace.

The right candidate will be passionate about advertising, the games industry, and the effect that Twitch has had on it in a very short period of time.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be a Twitch ambassador and act as an expert within the space to our clients, agencies, and internal partners at Amazon Advertising.
You will grow ad revenue, and when possible, exceed goals through creative solutions and work with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and create a Twitch centric ad sales solution.
You will endeavor to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
You will manage advertiser pipelines, secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts and work in collaboration with the sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities.

Basic qualifications:
7+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales.
Strong agency and client relationships in the Nordic countries.
Prior experience in social media, online video and/or TV is a plus.Experience in the creation of branding campaigns (Top of the funnel/storytelling) for clients.Industry knowledge in the area of gaming, CPG or consumer electronics is helpful.

Solid understanding of digital media and programmatic ad sales.
Demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell, and communicate with teams cross functionally.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently.
Able to deal with rapidly changing priorities and business circumstances.
Enthusiastic team player and self-starter, able to open doors for the Twitch brand.
Deep agency experience in the Nordics markets.
