About the position and the team

As Finnish-speaking customer service employee at Proffsmagasinet, you work daily with the company´s Finnish customers who make their orders from the online shop Staypro.fi

Together with your colleagues, you create a service experience for customers that exceeds expectations with pleasant treatment and commitment. You will occasionally have to manage a high work pace with varying tasks. We are therefore looking for you who finds it fun to have a lot to do and at the same time is organized and structured in your work even when it is progressing quickly.

In the customer service department there is good fellowship, a great team spirit and approx. 35 people. In the Finnish team, where you will be part of, you will be 3 colleagues.
Proffsmagasinet needs are long-term, so if you are looking for a position where you can stay and develop then you have found the right place!
Here at Proffsmagasinet new ideas and proposals are welcomed very well, you are encouraged to be involved and influence and drive the company forward. Proffsmagasinet has its office at Liljeholmskajen, in nice and thriveful office premises, with a view of the water, together with the parent company Ahlsell. From here it´s close to transport and restaurants.

This position begins as a six-month consulting assignment via The Place, the ambition is that you will then transition to employment at Proffsmagasinet. The position is full-time with the desired to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your main task will be
  • Managing customer relationships,
  • Customer contact via phone, e-mail, or other media
  • Handle questions about deliveries, invoices, and product information
  • Cooperation and contact with others in other support functions at the company

Qualifications

In order to enjoy and be successful in the role of Finnish-speaking customer service employee, we believe that you are:
  • Fluent or have a very good knowledge of Finnish, you must be able to speak and write in Finnish
  • Very good knowledge of English and Swedish
  • Knows the Office packages and in generally good system skills
If you have work experience from a customer service department, it is highly meritorious. And if you have an interest in machines and tools or have worked in, for example, construction, electricity, or plumbing, you may find the position particularly interesting.

About the role

Consulting assignment of 6 months with the ambition to then move into employment.

Full-time (40h/v), 07-15:30 and 08:30-17:00 (scheduled weekly).

You work at Proffsmagasinet´s office at Liljeholmskajen.
Desired start, as soon as possible.
