The mission for the Transformation Projects Team is to drive key strategic transformation projects forward through cross-functional and dedicated teams. You will be responsible for building the team, setting and driving the Consumer transformation agenda through frequent interactions with senior decision makers within the organization. As the Manager of this team, you will lead 7 highly skilled Transformation Engagement Managers and you will report to the Head of Transformation. The transformation team consists of three different teams - Customer Journeys, Commercial Planning and Transformation Projects.Our promise
