You will join the IT Digital development team and will be working in one of our squads focusing on digital sales and service of mobile, broadband and TV. Your main job is to help the squad achieve their goals by facilitating the agile process, make sure the team are working with well defined requirements, coaching the team to take leadership over the platform tech qualities and to be the gatekeeper for the squad to focus on the prioritized activities.Change our way of thinking

We think you have 3-5 years of experience of team leadership or having the scrum master role in previous teams. You are engaged and skilled in software development and have a good knowledge of customer facing services in general. Preferably you have great experience in enterprise software development, great collaboration and communications skills, speak English and understand Swedish fluently. If you have certifications in Agile methods we will appreciate you even more.Our promise
