E-commerce Quality and Operations Manager

We're now looking for a person with e-commerce experience to join our Sales Quality and Operations team!

Role description

As a Sales Quality and Operations Manager you work to improve functionality and experience within the e-commerce platform concerning sales and delivery. You will be responsible for the content and configuration of all products and services within the Tele2 Business web shop. In this role you will coordinate and configure campaigns and products on the website, and you will collaborate with Sales department, Technical Product Owner (TPO), and other stakeholders within the organization to ensure correct products, prices and product information. Your responsibilities include:
  • Product configuration, planning and implementing requests for both ongoing and new campaigns
  • Analysing and optimizing the content within the webpage to maximize the sales and conversion
  • Analysing and optimizing the SEO, customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Your role is roughly composed of 30% strategy and 70% operational tasks. The e-commerce platform used is built in Magento. As a Sales Quality and Operations Manager, you are also a part of a chapter, composed of three individuals with the same role responsible for the other brands: Comviq and Tele2 Residential. The chapter will meet on a weekly basis to share knowledge and exchange thoughts and ideas.


We are looking for a curious and analytic person who always look for improvements. To be successful in this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable owning your process from start to finish. You enjoy responsibility and you are skilled at communicating your ideas. Formal requirements include:
  • 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce
  • Experience working in Magento
