The BAAM unit is responsible for the ComHem Brand end customer billing and handling of assets within the BSS system stack, and has the responsibility for the CRM and billing systems for the ComHem landlord business. The unit are also responsible for the ComHem brand document flows such as order confirmations and letters communicated to customers and performance of customer migrations.

- Responsibility for the budget of the area
