Development Manager BSS Billing & Assets

The BAAM unit is responsible for the ComHem Brand end customer billing and handling of assets within the BSS system stack, and has the responsibility for the CRM and billing systems for the ComHem landlord business. The unit are also responsible for the ComHem brand document flows such as order confirmations and letters communicated to customers and performance of customer migrations.

Role Description

The role combines managerial responsibilities for employees and consultants and working with the team's strategical development. Responsibility of the person in this role includes staff and performance and has budget responsibility for the area of responsibility. Your responsibilities include:
  • To be a part of the management team of BSS Development.
  • To managing employees and consultants for the area of responsibility.
  • Developing of the way of working and culture to create open, trustful and empowered teams.
  • Strategic and operational plan for the area of responsibility.
  • Responsibility for the budget of the area

You have a passion for an agile and dynamic work and you want to continuously improve way of workings and ensuring that the teams has the base of needs for successfully enable world class IT for the Tele2 Business. We believe that you enjoy the mixture of strategic and operational work.

To be successful in this role we believe that you are commutative person that can help building open and trustful environment that empower individuals and teams.

Formal requirements for the role includes:
  • We think that you have a background in IT and/or telecom
  • We are looking for a person proficient in English and Swedish, oral and written
  • Domain knowledge will be meritorious
