We are now looking for an operational Sales Team Lead for one of our International sales teams based here in the Stockholm office. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales force

Key tasks in the role:

• Responsible for your team's results
• Manage and reach your own sales target
• Development of sales representatives (coaching, training, 1-2-1, setting targets/KPI's, on-boarding etc.)
• Setting the example of culture & values
• Part of the Sales Management team

• Worked in a similar role at a B2B SaaS or/and recruiting industry
• Management experience
• Get things done - a pragmatic doer
• Coaching personality
• Flexible
• Want to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
